The rustic style is not the easiest to achieve in the kitchen, yet it brings a touch of comfort and very pleasant naturalness. More surprisingly, the rustic style in the kitchen evolves over time!

Opt for a warmer decor by combining warm, light and dark (but neutral) colors. Also keep decorative accessories that are reminiscent of nature, such as wood and greenery… This style of decor can be found in the chalets.

A touch of bright color such as yellow or green will complement the sought-after rustic modern decor.
In the West, white signifies perfect balance and purity. But be careful… If there is too much white, the atmosphere can be “soulless” and cold.

For a decor full of energy, warm, family and very trendy, choose to decorate with red or industrial-style materials to accentuate the rustic effect of the kitchen.
I don’t know about you, but even though red is not my favorite color, I do like the heartwarming and reassuring vibe that can be found in kitchens that have a presence of red.

The atmosphere will depend on the different shades of blue you use … Advice for a blue island if we want to keep our rustic modern style: whether it is a light blue, an electric blue or a gray blue, whatever the blue it will be preferable to do not add other “strong” colors and use a shade of white as the wall and cabinet color.
